Our fees may vary depending on the specifics of each engagement. The difficulty and size of the assignment, time limitations, volume of transactions, and level of cooperation by the client and their staff all contribute to the overall fee charged. That said, we prefer to operate on fixed rate pricing where applicable. The following list will give you an idea of the price ranges we operate in, but contact us today for an exact quote.
Individual Tax Return Preparation:
Starting from $600 per return. Includes Form 1040 and Schedule A. Additional forms (Sch C, Sch E, State Returns, etc.) may necessitate a higher fee.
Business Tax Return Preparation:
Starting from $1,500 per return. Includes preparation of Forms 1065 or 1120-S and the associated K1s. This fee assumes books are in good working order and that you will provide up-to-date profit & loss statement, balance sheet, general ledger, and other documents as requested. Catch-up bookkeeping is also available and billed separately.
Monthly Accounting
Starting from $300 per month. Includes:
- General Data Entry
- Monthly bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliation
- Monthly preparation of Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
- Unlimited email/telephone support
- Client Portal
- Additional services available as needed
Payroll Services:
Starting from $100 per month. Includes:
- Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly payroll including direct deposit and federal deposit processing
- Quarterly payroll form 941 and state unemployment forms
- Annual 940, W-2, 1099’s and state forms
Fractional CFO Services:
Starting from $875/month. Includes:
- Monthly Accounting
- Payroll Service
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processing
- Business Tax Return
- IRS Notice Response (not including audits)
- Quarterly in-person meetings
- Unlimited email/telephone conferences
- Client Portal
